Kapamilya actor Daniel Padilla confessed he is not interested in spending his time on social media platforms. It made him inactive on his social media accounts.
During The Purple Chair Interview of Padilla with the King of Talk Boy Abunda, he admitted he is using social media responsibly.
“I post sa Instagram just to update them [his fans].
“Minsan napapatagal, pero I post siyempre. Nakakahiya rin naman sa kanila dahil cannot be found na naman ako.”
He shared that there are instances where it takes him some time to post again after his last post.
Padilla described his girlfriend Kathryn Bernardo as someone who understands the ethics and nature of social media. Compared to him, he is having a hard time using social media.
“Sa akin, it’s not natural.
The actor reminded the new artists in showbiz to be responsible for using social media. He advised them to be mindful of what they post and share with the virtual world.
Padilla shared that if social media platforms would remove the likes and the number of followers, perhaps it would redirect the motives and intentions of the people.
“Ayokong maging negative person.
“Pangalawa, the counts of your followers.
Mag-iiba,” Padilla shared.
