On August 26, Kapamilya artist Barbie Imperial said she now chooses battles on social media during the media conference for Click Like Share Season 2.
Imperial first admitted that she often responds to bashers on social media.
“Ako po kasi kapag name-mention ‘yung name ko tapos alam ko po na hindi totoo, sumasagot kasi talaga ako agad dati. Pumapatol agad ako na na ‘huh hindi naman yang totoo.’ Tapos para ipagtanggol ‘yung sarili ko.”
However, due to the pandemic, Imperial said she now prefers peace and chooses the battles she would fight on her platform.
“Pero dahil sa pandemic, parang andami nang bagay na nakaka-stress, parang lumalabas na mga issue or bagay about me, parang if alam ko naman na hindi naman madaling paniwalaan na parang imposibleng gagawin ko ‘tom, parang nakakatamad na ipagtanggol ‘yung sarili mo. Lalo na alam pag alam mong hindi lahat mag-a-agree sayo.
“Sa ngayon parang mas pinipili ko na lang ‘yung peace kesa harapin ‘yung mga nakaka-stress sa online world. So pinipili ko na lang ‘yung mga laban na gusto kong labanan.”
Earlier, Imperial trended online because of her cryptic post on social media regarding the rumor about Kiko Estrada and Heaven Peralejo.

She’s also known to be an outspoken celebrity when responding to netizens on her social media.

As for her latest project, Imperial stars in Click Like Share Season 2 episode titled, ‘Found,’ alongside Jerome Ponce. She portrays Jenna, who helps her transgender best friend score a date with Vince (Ponce) through a dating app.
Click Like Share Season 2 also offers three other episodes, such as

The first of four new episodes of Click Like Share Season 2 drops on iWantTFC on September 3, Friday at 8:00 PM, with a regular airing date on Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, and A2Z every Sunday at 8:30 PM.
