Kapamilya celebrity and Girl Trends member of It’s Showtime resented over her name being dragged to the Aljur Abrenica-Kylie Padilla rift–tagging her as the third party.
It can be reckoned that Robin Padilla, the father of Kylie, disclosed the truth behind her daughter’s relationship with Aljur.
In an interview with Ogie Diaz, the senior Padilla shared that the couple got separated because of a third party.
Due to Abrenica’s cheating, the public’s attention is directed to who the third party is.
Some netizens speculated that it could be Abrenica’s co-stars whom he worked with in the past months.
Cindy Miranda’s name surfaced. She’s the beauty queen-turned-Viva star, got linked to the issue as she happened to be a co-star of Kylie’s husband in a sexy drama film, Nerisa.
Miranda denied the allegations involving her. She responded to one of her followers online who blatantly assumed that it’s her who ruined the Abrenica-Padilla relationship.
The blogosphere harshly reacted when Maika Rivera’s name got linked to Abrenica after Miranda’s response.
A comment made by a netizen caught Rivera’s attention who alluded her to the couple’s split up.
“Knows ko sino kabit ng asawa mo amihan. Si Maika Rivera pala sa girltrends. Shuta! Ke pangit ng pinalit. Sa Asintado pala nagsimula harutan nila.”

Abrenica and Rivera worked together on Sandugo and not on Asintado, something that was also emphasized by some netizens in defense of Rivera.
Maika cleared herself out from the issue when she shared a video of her explaining her story-to-tell with Ogie Diaz Showbiz Update, an exclusive YouTube channel of the comedian-manager.
In the video sent to Diaz, Rivera mentioned that she has no idea why she was called as the third party. The only thing she thought was when she commented on one of Abrenica’s posts.
“Ang naiiisip ko lang po is nagcomment po kasi ako sa isang post ni Kuya Aljur and Kapampangan pa po yung comment ko about yung earrings niya.
“In Tagalog translate “Kuya ang ganda ng tingga mo,” Maika shared.
“I guess from there may mga nagcomment na, nagspeculate, pumutok ‘yung issue, so ako po siguro yung naturo but I can honestly say with my whole heart na hindi po ako yung third party,” she stressed.
The Girl Trends member and Star Magic talent confessed that she did experience being cheated on too, so she promised to never consider be a third party.
Meanwhile, Abrenica will have his sexy drama film Nerisa directed by Lawrence Fajardo under VivaMax to be released this month. His co-star is Cindy Miranda, who will play the title role, Nerisa.
