Kapamilya actor Joshua Garcia chose the ten photos on his Instagram in celebration of his seven years in show business back in April this year because of its sentimental value.
In an exclusive interview with LionhearTV on Sunday, July 18, Joshua said, “Actually, memorable yung mga photos na pinost ko…dahil 10 photos lang ang p’wede kong i-post sa Instagram hindi ko na—kasi ang daming nangyari sa 7 years ko sa showbiz eh.”
However, it was visible that none of the photos on that Instagram post showed his former girlfriend, Julia Baretto.
“Celebrating my 7th year in showbiz. I miss acting so much, and I hope everything goes back to the way it used to be. Stay safe everyone, and I love you all,” wrote the actor in the caption.

This created a buzz on social media as many Netizens asked why the actress was not included. But for Joshua, he picked those photos because they were the ones that made a mark throughout his career.
“So hindi ko maipasok lahat. Siguro nilagay ko lang yung mas candid yung photos, yung mas tumatak sa’kin,” he added.
The photos were random pictures of him, most of which looked like they were stolen.
Included in the pictures were director Olivia Lamasan, former Killer Bride on-screen partner Janella Salvador, and veteran actress Nora Aunor. He also shared some of his most memorable fan events and mall shows.
In the meantime, Joshua is busy with his newest business venture along with actor Enchong Dee: Academy of Rock (AOR) Philippines, a music school dedicated to teaching rock and popular music.
According to the actor, one of their goals is to help aspiring artists polish their talent and skills in creating music.
“Isa sa mga goals namin is ma-hone yung talents ng mga local artists natin, mga aspiring na gustong matuto ng iba’t-ibang klaseng instrument. Gusto namin silang matulungan,” he revealed.
Aside from his AOR business, Joshua is set to make a comeback on Philippine television as part of Viral, an ABS-CBN and RCD Narratives project. The show will focus on a woman (Charlie Dizon) after she becomes a victim of a sex scandal.
RCD Narratives is the one behind the Kapamilya shows such as Killer Bride and A Soldier’s Heart. Viral will be seen on Kapamilya Channel (cable), Kapamilya Online Live (free live-streaming), iWant TFC (on-demand streaming), and A2Z Channel 11 (free and digital TV in Mega Manila), according to an earlier announcement.
