Kapuso rom-com First Yaya continues to be the number 1 weekday program as it airs its finale week.
Based on the latest rating report from AGB Nielsen NUTAM survey, the Sanya Lopez-Gabby Concepcion-led drama series maintained its number 1 position in the rating leader board.
First Yaya scored 17.8% rating on Monday, June 28, 2.1% higher than the number 2 program 24 Oras with 15.7% and 7.4% higher than rival FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano.
However, while First Yaya comfortably sits on the rating throne, it’s quite notable also that as it nears its end, its rating also waned.
First Yaya has previously average at 20% or higher. But recently, its rating is down to an average of 17%.
Meanwhile, for this week, the series featured President Acosta’s aborted plan to resign and back out from his candidacy after Melody decided to not leave and get back with Glenn. Glenn was eventually vindicated after his impeachment complaint was dismissed causing the ire of Vice President Prado.
Prado and his aide Titus then pushed through with their planned assassination of Melody and Acosta but they were prevented by the President’s security.
