Star Magic TV Production head Lauren Dyogi gave a message to the Kapamilya talents who left the network.
He said that they should not cut their ties to the ABS-CBN Network as the showbiz industry in the country is just small.
According to an article by Bandera, Dyogi mentioned that transferring to other networks is okay as long as an artist would still communicate with ABS-CBN as a show of respect to the network.
“Okay sana kung maayos ‘yung separation, ‘yun naman lagi ‘yung ating sinasabi na maliit ang ating industriya.
“Let’s not burn bridges, we may be down now but bilog ang mundo. The best way talaga is have a healthy communication, you know respect for each other,” Direk Lauren said.
"Nagpaalam ba?" 😂
"Minsan masakit yung nalalaman mo na lang biglaan kasi parang magkakasama tayo sa saya at sa ginhawa tapos sa ganitong panahon na lugmok tayo…."Shet. Ramdam na ramdam mo si Direk Lauren dito. pic.twitter.com/GO8iV8f4We

Bea Alonzo is one of the Kapamilya artists who left the ABS-CBN Network. She officially transferred to the Kapuso Network on July 1, 2021.The actress previously admitted that before she decided to join GMA Network, she first asked for permission from her ABS-CBN bosses.
Pokwang also asked permission from her ABS-CBN bosses before she transferred to the GMA Network.
Other Kapamilya artists who transferred to the Kapuso Network are Khalil Ramos, Beauty Gonzales, and Maxine Medina.
Kapamilyas switching networks became more prominent as the ABS-CBN network currently has no franchise after congress denied the network’s franchise application last July 2020.
The network then switched to streaming its shows online while some are made available via pay-per-view television and cable channel.
Meanwhile, Direk Lauren mentioned that ABS-CBN’s switch to the digital platform would soon be going global to reach more audiences.
“We’re very strong on digital. We’re partnering with a lot of platforms from Netflix, to Viu, to IFlix.
“Now let’s go global, let’s go beyond where we are because there are a lot of Filipinos out there, outside the Philippines, there are a lot of other audiences that we can attract so lawakan natin ‘yung mundo natin,” he said.
