In an interview, young actor Zaijian Jaranilla showed his loyalty to the ABS-CBN where he started his career and shared that he has no plans of leaving his home network.
Jaranilla’s career peaked via his first and successful major portrayal Santino in the drama series May Bukas Pa, back in 2009. It was considered the highest-rated program on Philippine television during that time.
He declared that he is willing to stay with the ABS-CBN amid the Network not having a franchise. He is happy and grateful for the continuous projects he is receiving.
“I am so happy sa ABS-CBN kasi kahit paano po, kahit walang franchise, tuloy-tuloy po ang project at masaya po ako.”
After his stint via May Bukas Pa, he got to continue working with other Kapamilya drama series such as Lorenzo’s Time (2012) and Hawak-Kamay (2014). He was last seen playing the role of Liksi on the epic series Bagani (2018).
In a Maalaala Mo Kaya episode titled Living to Care, directed by Jerry Lopez Sineneng, Jaranilla starred with Nonie Buencamino.
