Kapamilya actress Charlie Dizon admitted hearing the title given to her as ABS-CBN’s Next Big Star–it boosted her confidence.
During the interview for her upcoming iWanTFC series, My Sunset Girl, Dizon said that the compliment encouraged her even more.
She then shared feeling the pressure and grateful for the recognition she’s receiving.
And, nakakakaba actually.
The Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) 2020 best actress also has fear of losing her achievements in the showbiz industry.
‘Yung what if biglang mawala ‘tong ganito sa akin.
She also recalled her experience as a Kapamilya during the ABS-CBN shutdown.
“Nakakalungkot po ‘yung nangyari talaga sa ‘tin last year.
She then expressed how proud she is to be part of ABS-CBN amid its struggles.
During the ABS-CBN shutdown, she won the best actress award in the MMFF 2020 film Fan Girl.
After that, she starred in the iconic prequel movie Four Sisters Before the Wedding.
Now she stars in the upcoming iWanTFC original series, My Sunset Girl. She is joined by a powerhouse cast including Jameson Blake, Mylene Dizon, and Joem Bascon. Co-produced by Dreamscape Entertainment and All Blacks Media. Andoy Ranay is the director.
The series streams on July 14, 8 PM on the iWantTFC app (iOs and Android) and iwanttfc.com.
