Kapuso loveteam RitKen has another complex project following their pairing in My Special Tatay and it seemed like GMA Network is playing favorites.
However, the two dismissed the thought. According to Ken Chan, every talent of GMA Network is given projects.
At sobrang swerte namin na sa ‘min nabigay ‘to kasi napakaganda talaga,” pointed the male star.
Meanwhile, his onscreen partner, Rita Daniela, is happy that they landed the project. Amid the growing Kapuso talents, they were still given the chance to highlight their skills as artists.
“Syempre sobrang grateful talaga. Kasi alam namin ‘yun na bilang artista eh marami kaming pinagpipilian. ‘Yun na lang masasabi ko. Kaya naman sobra naming ginagalingan sa totoo lang,” said the female star.
Rita also pointed that they owe o to the Network to at least do their best since they were given opportunity after opportunity to showcase their abilities.
They also denied the speculation that Kapuso artists are getting jealous since they all get the edgy and meaty projects.
“Wala din talaga. In fact, very excited pa nga sa show namin.
Ken also mentioned that Kapuso stars were there to always support them whenever they land huge projects.
Never. Actually lahat sila nagcocongrats samin. Kahit sina kuya Tom, ate Carla, minessage ako na nagcocongrats sila,” Ken said.
That is why the two are overwhelmed by the support and admiration from their colleagues over at GMA Network.
Walang ganun eh, wala talaga,” Ken added.
Also, Rita believes that the Network will also give other Kapuso talents their chance to shine soon. And once they get their opportunity, Rita and Ken will be there to give their all-out support as well.
Currently, RitKen is top-billing in the latest advoca-serye of GMA Network titled, Ang Dalawang Ikaw.
In the story, Nelson (Ken) plays the husband of Mia (Rita) who is suffering from a dissociative identity disorder.
