Comedienne-actress Pokwang reacted to bashers calling her ‘walang utang na loob.’
In an interview during her transfer to GMA Artist Center, Pokwang thanked ABS-CBN and Star Cinema for the years she worked with the network instead of engaging the bashers.
She added that ABS-CBN execs knew about her transfer and supported her decision.
She also admitted that she left ABS-CBN after the network announced the retrenchments. She added that ABS-CBN supported her projects in TV5.
As for her loyalty to the network, Pokwang assures everyone that she won’t stop working as an artist.
Pokwang or Marietta Subong started her career in ABS-CBN in 2004 after winning Clown in a Million. During the ABS-CBN shutdown, Pokwang joined TV shows on TV5, such as Chika BESH!.
Then, She officially signed her three-year contract with GMA Artist Center this June 18.
