Via Instagram stories, Jake Ejercito (@unoemilio) posted his photograph, mimicking his father’s looks.
He impersonated his father by putting a mustache on, and the resemblance of the two is too close.
The former President of the Philippines’ good looks is quite evident in Jake’s.
With much confidence, he posted the caption: “80s Erap or what?”
In an interview last month, when asked if he thought of some big shoes to fill in–considering that his father is one of the great actors in the country and how he makes sense with the comparisons with him and his father.
“It is inevitable naman po talaga to be compared. I mean, when you come to think of it: my dad, the very first FAMAS Hall of Fame awardee, and my mom also made an impact on the television before. Nanggagaling naman sa my dad, both parents actually, they always tell me na leave it at the door. Huwag mo isipin masyado.
Just do you. That’s what they always tell me,” he shared.
He understands the constant comparisons being made between him and his father, who started being an actor before being a public servant.
Ejercito became a dad at the age of 21 with the actress Andi Eigenmann as the mother of his daughter, Ellie.

He admits he is not active in the dating field, with his last relationship ending five years ago. He is now focusing on parenting his daughter.
