On the latest episode of All-Out Sundays, the show has produced a video as a special tribute for the people who have battled with the COVID-19: frontliners, patients, and survivors.
The Kapuso celebrities who are survivors of the deadly disease have talked about how they have fought hard to survive.
Ken Chan and Rita Daniela, the star of the new series Ang Dalawang Ikaw, have confessed that they are COVID-19 survivors despite being extra careful.
“Of course, natakot ako. ‘Di ba, when you watch the news, you see numbers. Then it becomes the people that you know. Then one day, sasabihin na ikaw, meron ka na rin. Mahirap siyang tanggapin kasi ginagawa mo lahat eh, to take care of yourself, the people that you love, your family and friends, pero hindi eh, dinapuan ka pa rin. Nagkaroon ka pa rin. It is really out there.
“COVID is real. Of course, I prayed hard. I prayed really really hard for myself and for my family. Every morning that I wake up, I was given a chance to thank Him for all the things He has blessed me,” Rita shared that it was her faith in the Creator that abled her to cope with the life-threatening situation.
Aside from the two, the Kapuso actors Boobay, Rhian Ramos, and Michael V. also shared their life-changing experiences with the COVID-19.
