ABS-CBN broadcast journalist Zen Hernandez fires back at a netizen who tried to shut her comment about political dynasties.
In her tweet, Zen slammed a netizen who justifies political dynasties in defense of the Dutertes who is rumored to be running as a tandem in the coming national elections.
According to Zen, good luck to the future of our country if all people will think like the netizen. She also advised the netizen to wake up and open his eyes to the realities of the country.
“Baby pa po ako nung panahon ni Cory. Stop justifying the now. Mas good luck sa kinabukasan ng Pilipinas kung ganito mag-isip. Gising gising din pag may time. It’s a rainy morning, stay safe kapamilya”

Meanwhile, the Twitter exchange erupted from Zen’s previous tweet regarding political dynasties.
While she did not mention any names, the netizen must have associated it to the Duterte’s following the recent news about the possible Duterte-Duterte tandem in the 2022 elections.
“Parang galawang dynasty lang yung pag tapos na term mo takbo ka sa lower post tas patatakbuhin yung kamag-anak mo sa dati mong posisyon…” Zen tweeted.

The Duterte-Duterte tandem in 2022 has been floated after the President’s political party PDP-Laban issued a resolution urging him to run for Vice President in 2022 with Sara as the most preferred Presidential candidate.
Meanwhile, Zen who currently anchors TV Patrol weekend with Alvin Elchico is one of the outspoken Kapamilya journalists who don’t bother sharing her thoughts about socio-political issues in her capacity on social media.
She’s also one of those who openly supported ABS-CBN at the height of the franchise renewal hearing.
