The pilot episode of Reina ng Tahanan featured three mothers who answered light and heavy questions as well as showcased their talents in the show.
The all-three female panel of Choosegados (judges) consists of Amy Perez, Ruffa Gutierrez, and Janice de Belen. The three women were moved to tears as the contestants answered questions about being a mother.
One 23-year-old contestant named Kyle Elpedes shared that she became a mother at 16 and noted that it was a difficult experience for her given her young age.
However, she said that she was able to go on with her life with the support of her family and held no regret at all.
To recall, It’s Showtime received feedback from the netizens as they mentioned that the noontime show is becoming more of a talk show rather than a variety show.
