Seasoned actor Piolo Pascual to transfer in GMA Network?
On June 8’s episode of Cristy Fermin’s radio show, Cristy Fer Minute, she piqued the viewers’ interest about Pascual having a surprise for his fans.
She then proceeded with how homegrown talents of a now franchise-less ABS-CBN had no projects nor offers as they started switching to different networks during this pandemic.
Her co-host, Romel Chika then relayed how ABS-CBN’s CEO, Carlo Katigbak, was understandable that the Network’s stars are switching to different networks.
Fermin recalled how the actor went to TV5 and followed Johnny ‘Mr. M’ Manahan. The star builder is currently part of Willie Revillame’s production firm Wilfredo Buendia Revillame (WBR) who has partnered with GMA Network for upcoming shows and movies.
With Pascual’s show on TV5 now shelved, and with no projects that followed, it will be no surprise that the actor may come to GMA Network in search of work.
At the moment, Fermin has not yet heard about the “surprise” of Pascual.
Nevertheless, GMA Network’s doors are open for the actor to make the switch anytime.
Currently, Pascual has taken a break in showbiz after his Sunday variety show on TV5 got abruptly canceled and was replaced by ABS-CBN’s ASAP NATIN ‘TO!
