Hunk artist and model Gil Cuerva respects those who opted to join adult content creation to earn a living but, he said he would never try such ‘business’ like OnlyFans.
In 2NYTwithAllanD‘s (2WAD) third episode, Allan Diones, the host asked Cuerva if he would consider joining adult content creation if he will experience a financial crisis.
The GMA Network artist first pointed out that he respects those people who chose to join such ‘business’ to survive or make ends meet.
He also said that, “You deserve respect as well, I don’t think we should judge them for their work. Sex work is still work. ‘Yang OnlyFans, trabaho pa rin yan.
“I don’t think na bastos sila or kadiri sila or anything like that. It’s just work for them.”
However, this does not mean that he is also interested in joining adult content creation.
He supports those who joined the business, but it is not something that he will explore, no matter what happens.
He believes that it is not his thing and asserts that those people who create adult content are naturally apt to do such an act.
“Yan yung kumbaga forte nila, expertise nila or trabaho kung saan nagflo-flourish sila. So, I don’t judge them for that.”
Even though he will be placed in a desperate situation, Cuerva would rather work as a 7-Eleven crew or the likes, than joining adult content creation.
“I would be able to do better yung ganun trabaho rather than being an OnlyFans model. Pero again, di ko sila dyina-judge, go do your thing, it’s just not for me.”
In the same interview, Cuerva also revealed that he was a virgin until he was 18 years old. It is because he was a dork (shy with the opposite sex) during his high school days in Ateneo.
“Sobrang torpe ko noong high school, as in wala akong girlfriend no’n. Hindi ako lumalabas, never akong naki-pagdate.”
Cuerva launched his acting career via GMA Network’s adaptation of the hit South Korean series, My Love from the Star, with Jennylyn Mercado as his leading lady.
He was an international model based in Hong Kong not until he decided to go back to the Philippines and auditioned for the role of the said GMA Network series.
