ABS-CBN will honor this June the Filipinos who bring honor to the country by choosing to be good in their field and in fulfilling their mission, and in being good to their fellowmen just like the heroes of our nation.
To commemorate Independence Day on June 12, ABS-CBN launched a video within “TV Patrol” on Friday (June 11) that shows how the greatness of Filipinos brings light to the world.
It features our fishermen and farmers, who tirelessly work and face danger to provide food for all Filipino families. It also pays tribute to Filipinos who remain courageous and committed to their duty even during difficult times just like our healthcare workers and soldiers.
The compassion and kindness of those who became part of the community pantry movement all over the country also shine bright in the video. This is the same with the workers, employees, and overseas Filipinos whose excellence, hard work, and dedication to their work are well-known in the world.
Meanwhile, the greatness and goodness of the Filipino people will also be featured in the different platforms of ABS-CBN. TFC (The Filipino Channel) will be airing vignettes about Global Pinoys who brought light to the world through their achievements and positive Filipino values.
