Sue Ramirez is fast becoming one of the most sought-after actresses as she is set to be a part of various TV projects this year.
The 24-year-old Ramirez will star in an upcoming series The Broken Marriage Vow, a Philippine adaptation of the global hit series Docter Foster.
The series will be under the direction of Connie Macatuno and she will star along with Zanjoe Marudo and Jodi Sta. Maria.
The Broken Marriage Vow tells a story of a married couple. A betrayal will lead to revenge, grief, forgiveness, and healing.
The young actress is also part of the campaign of a local telecommunications company along with Sarah Geronimo and three of Thailand’s most popular actors.
Ramirez will be with Thai actors Nonkul Chanon (Bad Genius), Gulf Kanawut (TharnType: The Series), and Mario Maurer (Love of Siam, Crazy Little Thing Called Love, Pee Mak) for TNT’s three-minute Kilig Saya campaign music video.
The said advertisement recently launched on Tuesday, May 11, in a live stream during a virtual conference.
Ramirez is with Star Magic since 2010 and is known for her roles in Mula Sa Puso (2011), Annaliza (2013–2014), Pangako Sa ‘Yo (2015), Dolce Amore (2016), La Luna Sangre (2017), Hanggang Saan (2017–18), FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano (2018), and A Soldier’s Heart (2020).
Although the actress has starred in multiple TV films like Ang Babaeng Allergic sa WiFi (2018), Sunshine Family (2019), Cuddle Weather (2019), Love Lockdown (2019), and Finding Agnes (2020), she still had few major roles on TV series.
With her upcoming TV series The Broken Marriage Vow, Ramirez’s career is bound to expand.
Meanwhile, the actress previously got into a controversy as fake nude photos of her and Maris Racal surfaced online.
Their management Star Magic with their network ABS-CBN condemned the people behind the smear campaign.
