The news is about the “Baby Consonant”, named Ghlynnyl Hylhyr Yzzyghyl. After their spiels, the report already started flashing however, it was cut off.
In the spur of the moment, Vicky delivered an ad-lib: “Na-suspend! At saka na lang natin babalikan iyang kuwentong iyan, siguro, bukas ano? Wala na tayong time, sige.
“Sayang, sige bukas na lang.”
Vicky then proceeded by asking her fellow anchors regarding the nature of their names.
Atom then replied that his name is based on his grandfathers’ names, Alfonso and Tomas.
For Pia, she shared that she was named after Padre Pio: “Ako, ipinangalan ako kay Padre Pio kasi hirap iyong mother ko noong nagbubuntis siya sa akin. Kay Padre Pio.”
Atom and Pia then asked Vicky the same question but, the latter said that she has no idea about the nature of her name: “Actually, believe it or not, diyusko, nakakahiya. Hindi ko pa natatanong iyong mommy ko bakit Vicky ang pangalan ko! Ma, gagawin ko iyan mamaya, ha!”
When the report seems to be ready to be flashed again, Vicky again introduced it. Unfortunately, it was cut off again.
Atom then said: “Ayaw talaga. Hahaha! Ayaw talaga.”
The anchors then proceeded in delivering their outro.
The following day, the said news report was finally delivered on the program.
On TikTok, where a video clip of the said scene was posted, netizens commend the anchors for handling the glitch professionally.
Netizens were entertained by the ad-libs they delivered just to save the tech glitch moment.
