Kapamilya star Vice Ganda confirmed that their noontime show It’s Showtime will bring new content for its viewers.
To recall, people were asking for new content or segments from the show as they observed it’s becoming more boring. The viewing public said that the show is more of a talk show rather than a variety show.
In the comedian’s twitter post on May 22, he said that the noontime show prepared something new and exciting for its upcoming episodes.

“Super excited also for next week. May mga new ganaps sa Showtime! Yan ang gusto ko mga bagong sarprisa! Lord zenkyooooowww!” Vice Ganda teased.
One of the staff from It’s Showtime named Pawi Lectura also mentioned that the production listens to the viewers’ request for the show to have new content.
Netizens expressed their excitement over the revelations as they mentioned that they are more motivated to watch the show.
Currently, It’s Showtime has four segments: Name It to Win It, Tawag ng Tanghalan (TNT), Hide and Sing, and Versus. However, the show recently served back-to-back competitions highlighting Filipino talent from Monday to Saturday (May 24 to 29). This is in preparation for the show’s upcoming Versus grand finals and Tawag ng Tanghalan quarter-finals on Kapamilya Channel, A2Z, and Kapamilya Online Live on facebook and YouTube.
Meanwhile, Vice Ganda previously teased about having a new studio for It’s Showtime, which made people speculate that the noontime show will already air on TV5.
