Pinoy Big Brother: Connect Alum and Squad Plus Member Kyron Aguilera shared his reaction to his pairing with Haira Palaguitto.
In an interview, Aguilera said that he wanted to pair up with Palaguitto for a long time.
“And ayun po parang, I want to be a tandem with her like for a long time. Parang pang matagalan. Maybe in the future, maybe may iba na ka-tandem, pero mas gusto ko sya na i-tandem sa akin.”
Aside from the two, their fellow teen tandem Kobie Brown and Andrea Abaya (KoDrea) also got in the Squad Plus team. To which Aguilera said, “Sobrang nakakaproud po sa aming apat po. Sobrang speechless po ako.”
Aguilera also added that he felt happy when he found out them joining the Squad Plus teen barkada.
“Nung nalaman ko po na Squad Plus po kami. Yun po magkasama kami pa kami, ako po sobrang, alam mo po yung feeling na sobrang happy mo na kayo na sobrang close magkasama sa isang group. Tapos, parang Wow! Thank you!”
He then recalled how he received the news alongside his fellow Squad Plus Batchmates through their Viber group.
Parang may group chat po kami sa Viber, akala ko po kaming dalawa lang ni Haira. Tapos po nung nakita ko yung KoDrea, sabi ko “oh ano kaya to. Ah, Squad Plus.”
He then recounted how he felt before and after hearing the news about them joining the teen barkada.
“Tapos nung pagkasabi po nila sa amin, parang sobrang serious po nila. Parang nakakatakot kasi baka papagalitan kami or ano kasi sobrang seryoso.”
“Tapos yung pagkasabi ng Congratulations, you are part of the Squad Plus ako parang, “Ha, paulit nga po.” Yung feeling na parang di ko po yun narining parang gusto ko po ng validation ulit na nakapasok po kami.”
Aguilera, Palaguitto, Brown, and Abaya are all alumni of the latest season of Pinoy Big Brother, PBB: Connect.Â
After the season ended, the quartet joined Dreamscape Entertainment’s teen barkada created, the Squad Plus, wherein they develop their talents for future projects.
