Kapamilya noontime show, It’s Showtime prepares for something new for its viewers this June.
In a twitter post by one of the show’s staff named Pawi Lectura mentioned that the production listens to the viewers’ request for the show to have new content.

It’s Showtime, received criticisms from Netizens, who claimed that the show is turning more of a ‘talk show’ than a variety show.
They said that the hosts and staff of the show are becoming lazy as they do not have new segments to boost the viewers.
Currently, It’s Showtime has four segments: Name It To Win It, Tawag ng Tanghalan (TNT), Hide and Sing, and Versus.
Netizens mentioned that the hosts are prolonging the interview with the TNT contestants–it made the show boring.

It’s Showtime currently airs on Kapamilya Channel, Kapamilya Online Live, A2Z, IWant TFC, at TFC.
However, there are speculations that It’s Showtime would soon be seen on TV5 next since the first shows that aired on the network, ASAP Natin ‘To and Da King received high ratings and good feedback.
Vice Ganda also teased about having a new studio for It’s Showtime which made people speculate that the noontime show will already air on TV5.
