PBB: Connect-formed love team, HaiRon looks up to one of the strongest on-and-off cam couple, KathNiel. Now that makes an additional following to one of the hottest loveteams in the local entertainment industry.
In a virtual press conference for the launch of the newest Squad Plus members–Haira Palaguitto, 16 and Kyron Aguilera, 17 a.k.a. as HaiRon as a tandem, shared which love team they admire the most.
For them, Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla’s love team serves as their roadmap to achieving strong chemistry as on-screen partners.
“KathNiel! Sobrang idol ko sila!,” exclaimed Haira.
“KathNiel din po,” Kyron echoed.
Palaguitto idolizes Bernardo because of the latter’s humility and the actress’s versatility. But what made her admire Padilla’s girlfriend, even more–is how she manages her status as an established star.
“Si ate Kathryn Bernardo. Nung hindi pa ako part ng PBB, siya na talaga ang idol ko. Lagi kong pinapanuod teleserye niya, movie niya. At alam ko kasi na bata palang siya nung nag-start siya dito sa industry na ‘to.
“And sobra ko siyang nilolook up kasi sa dami nang pinagdaanan niya, hanggang ngayon nakatayo pa rin siya sa industry na ‘to at marami pa ring nag-iidolize sa kanya.”
Meanwhile, Aguilera looks up to the Teen King because of the latter’s acting. Also, he gushes over KathNiel because of their chemistry.
“Si Daniel Padilla. Of course DJ kasi sobrang galing niya sa pag-akting. Kahit kaunting movement ni ate Kath, sobrang nakakakilig.”
But what makes Kyron admire Daniel is that he sees himself as the Teen King based on what is going on in his life. He is willing to follow Padilla’s footsteps.
“At parang nakikita ko siya sa mga nangyayari ngayon sa akin. At parang gusto ko na sundin ang footsteps niya and how he sings, gustung-gusto ko ‘yun.”
Since Padilla is proven to be a gentleman, he wants to take care of Palaguitto as his on-screen partner. He intends to “stay true” to her.
“To keep up with a good relationship with her is by staying true and doing nothing bad na makakapag-break ng relationship namin. Sa trust naman, di kami magiging bad for each other’s career and life.”
HaiRon is part of the newest addition of The Squad Plus, including love team Kobie Brown and Andrea Abaya (KoDrea). These new members of the squad are all from PBB: Connect.
