Kapamilya star Gerald Anderson admitted that he gets frustrated by people who only look into the mistakes of celebrities.
He said that people don’t have to point out his past mistakes for him as he is already aware of them and is trying to better himself.
In a virtual interview with Toni Gonzaga’s I Feel U for the actor’s latest series Init Sa Magdamag, Anderson explained why fault-finding people frustrate him.
He said that people seemed like they were watching his every move and is waiting for him to commit a mistake.
“‘Yung ibang supporters na sobrang perfect ‘yung tingin sa atin and then ‘pag nagkamali maraming nakaabang,” he added.
The 32-year-old actor also said that people who watch his every move seem to treat artists like things that do not possess any emotion.
Gerald Anderson is currently in a relationship with Julia Barretto. The couple recently admitted their relationship with the public in March after months of controversy and speculations.
Regarding his relationship with Julia, Anderson mentioned that the actress is his joy, inspiration, and motivation.
“Parang nabibigyan ako ng panibagong motivation,” he said.
The couple’s relationship became controversial as Anderson is being accused of cheating with his previous partner, Bea Alonzo with Julia. The actor was also accused of ‘ghosting’ Bea in July 2019.
Meanwhile, Julia Barretto previously told Anderson that she is willing to leave her showbiz career for a simple and quiet life.
