Award-winning actress Sunshine Dizon revealed her reasons for transferring to ABS-CBN despite the network’s lack of franchise.
In her interview for Marry Me Marry You, Dizon said she heard good things about ABS-CBN and Dreamscape Entertainment from her friends in the showbiz industry, who worked with the Kapamilya Network.
“I have good friends naman in the industry who worked for the Kapamilya, and I’ve always heard good things about working for Dreamscape and sir Deo (Endrinal).”
Dizon also shared her prayers when it comes to her career,
“I’ve only had a very /simple prayer with regards to my career. I’ve always asked the Lord to plant me where I would bloom. And, in all the seasons of my life, I’ve trusted his will, so when this opportunity came, I just knew in my heart na ito na yung bagong phase. I am old and hopefully wise enough to know and understand that the only constant thing in life talaga is change. So whatever will propel you forward, I’m all for that.”
Dizon said she’s grateful for the opportunity, and she’s excited to work with the Kapamilya.
“It’s a new season in my life, in my career, and I’m very grateful and excited to be given this opportunity to work for Kapamilya naman ngayon.”
As for her Kapamilya welcome, Dizon revealed that she felt overwhelmed with the warm hospitality she received from the Network.
“Na-overwhelm din ako sa totoo lang. Na-overwhelm ako. Hindi ko inexpect na ganon kainit yung pag-welcome nila.”
Earlier, via Instagram, Dizon made news after she hinted about her Kapamilya transfer.
