DDS propagandist Jam Magno continued her barrage of attacks at Miss Universe Philippines Rabiya Mateo after the latter failed to make it to the second cut of the pageant, Sunday night, May 16 (May 17 in the Philippines).
Mateo only reached the Top 21 for the recently concluded 69th Miss Universe. Miss Mexico Andrea Meza brought home the crown. Her runners-up are Brazil’s Julia Gama as the first runner-up, Peru’s Janick Maceta for second runner-up, India’s Adline Castelino as third runner-up, and Dominican Republic’s Kimberly Perez as fourth runner-up.n
When Mateo failed to get a spot in the Top 10 semi-finalists, Magno on her TikTok and other social media accounts celebrated Mateo’s loss.
In a video she uploaded, Magno, greeted her viewers, “Good morning Philippines! Good morning universe! How are we today? Are your bets in the Top 10 or Top Five?”

Magno, before posting such video–she already created a series of attacks at Mateo. It made her a trending topic over twitter.
In one of her tweets, she proclaimed that many would get mad at Mateo for failing to bring the crown, not even a consolation prize.
She then sarcastically urged Mateo to line up in community pantries to get her prize for losing.

Magno even dared not to get Philippine representatives for Miss Universe from Iloilo City, where Mateo is a native.

Magno mocked Mateo by saying that the beauty queen could answer the questions for the Top Five finalists if she got in.

Earlier, Magno clapped back at Iloilo City Mayor Jerry Treñas’s statement that the DDS propagandist could be banned from the province of Mateo, if the Ilonggos feel that she deserves it.
Magno said: “Maliit lang naman ang Iloilo, so wala akong pakialam pati sa mayor niyo.”
A netizen even suggested that the attack of Magno at Mateo will leave a sour taste to Ilonggos, eventually leading to the DDS propagandist becoming persona non grata in Iloilo City.
I just hope this event will trigger all Ilonggos to declare JAM MAGNO as persona non grata. The gravity of her bullying Rabiya out of her inggit is so below the belt that she's even celebrating the other one's defeat. What a psycho. Petition to file lawsuit against Magno. pic.twitter.com/8xOHLBvnw6

To further extend the scale where Magno will be banned, a Netizen declared that Naga City should ban her as well.

On May 16, Magno uploaded a video directed to Mateo.
“Need I remind you, madam, you are the representative of a country to the Miss Universe pageant. In case nobody advised you, your opinion may matter. But I don’t want to put you down.
“You might get too emotional and we don’t need that. But what I’m trying to let you know madam as the advice that I have given to the girls I trained before, is before you make an opinion, think about the repercussions of that certain opinion. Not because you want to be popular. You already are madam.
“You are the representative of the people that believed in you. However, when your opinion seeks to divide more than unite, ako ang magiging problema mo madam,” warned Magno.

In response, twitter personality Frank Baraan IV stressed that the beauty queen is not a public official to have her opinions be restricted, especially if toward the Duterte administration.
Why are some people bashing Rabiya for speaking her mind?
I will say this again: Beauty queens are just public figures—not elected public officials.
PERIOD.

Magno also lambasted Mateo’s national costume, comparing it to a feathered duster.
