BounceBack Philippines, Manila Chapter of Global Chamber, South Africa-based Business Enabling Toolbox, Bluepoint Foundation, and Digital Bayan launched the Global Entrepreneurship Program to aid Filipino entrepreneurs amid the pandemic.
Through providing the 12-point Core Competency Framework, Business Enabling Toolbox services, and partnerships–the initiative aims to provide the know-how needed by businesses to adapt to the ever-changing landscape of the pandemic.
During the launch event, BounceBack Founder Jason Dela Rosa expressed the significance of the initiative for Filipino Entrepreneurs amid the pandemic.
“We welcome this partnership as now, more than ever, Filipino entrepreneurs continue to face the challenges of the pandemic, which continues to hit businesses hard.”
BBPH Co-Founder and DBI Lead Sam Jacoba added, “we will continue to focus our efforts in lifting up the overall knowledge and skills of BBPH members through impactful initiatives like the GEP.”
Global Chamber Manila Chapter Executive Director Colin Christie emphasized how partnerships and cooperation help rejuvenate businesses hit by the pandemic.
“Global Chamber’s international members are looking forward to assisting Filipino entrepreneurs gain global competencies to go after markets beyond their country.”
Christie also introduced their Business Excellence Coaching Series starting May 19, which aims to align the mindset of entrepreneurs to its BBPH members.
“Overall, the entrepreneurial mindset is already /ingrained in members of BBPH. We have to align that with developing a global mindset/ through the GEP Business Excellence Coaching Series (BXCS) that we will launch on May 19.”
South Africa Global Chamber Member and Business Enabling Toolbox creator Dishen Maharaj also offered discounts for his online business solution during the launch event to help Filipino entrepreneurs.
“We’re giving away 200 complimentary subscriptions through scholarships and the Early Adopter Program (EAP). For those who won’t be able to avail of this, we are providing a special price for the BBPH community, and a portion of the proceeds of those will go to COVID relief efforts of BBPH.”
Aside from the online solutions and competencies provided, Bounce Back PH also introduced new badges for the coaching series to validate the proficiency of Filipino Entrepreneurs as they go through the modules.
