A Twitter user @dagamiRRT tweeted the said video footage. The user was surprised as she never thought that she would witness such a scene in real life aside from seeing it on news.
Yung bigla siyang lumapit sa tatay ng isang baby kasi naririnig niyang umiiyak. At pati kami ay nagulat sa actions ginawa niya. Myghaaad 🥰
Sana marami pang katulad niyo!!!

Locsin went to Mayon Clinical Laboratories and Medical Services in Quezon City for a swab test. It was seen on the video that she passed the crying father and his baby who were in the queue at the diagnostic clinic. She then approached the father and inquired about the condition of the baby.
The father was in tears as he was talking to Locsin about the condition of his baby. He was given, financial assistance by Locsin.
After doing such an act of charity, Locsin hurriedly left the hospital.
Locsin may remain silent when helping others but her acts of kindness draw the attention of the many.
To recall, Locsin initiated a community pantry to celebrate her birthday on April 23, 2021, in Barangay Holy Spirit, Quezon City. Due to crowd chaos, a 67-year old senior citizen died while waiting for his turn to receive free food items from the pantry. Locsin took the responsibilities for the death of the senior citizen. The family of the deceased did not blame anyone because they believe that no one holds the liability for their father’s death.
In March 2021, Locsin and her fiancé, Neil Arce donated 1 million pesos to Baguio City for its procurement of COVID-19 vaccines. The couple made their donation through their Shop and Share initiative.
The Shop and Share launched in 2009. Actress Anne Curtis is the partner of Locsin when it was founded. The sole purpose of founding the said shop was to help the victims of Typhoon Ondoy.
Other celebrities who helped Locsin and Arce to raise 1 million pesos were Miss Universe winners Pia Wurtzbach and Catriona Gray, Kapamilya stars Liza Soberano, Kathryn Bernardo, Maymay Entrata, Kim Chiu, Dimples Romana, Regine Velasquez, Vice Ganda, and Kapuso artists Marian Rivera, Dingdong Dantes, and Solenn Heusaff.
On April 12, 2021, Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto extended his gratitude to Locsin and Curtis for donating 1 million pesos without fanfare.
“Dinonate nila ito walang fanfare, walang media. Ni hindi nga kami nagkita. Iniwan lang nila ‘yung tseke,” Sotto said in a Facebook live video.
Other Local Government Units such as Manila, Taguig, and Quezon City were also the recipients of the 1-million peso donation of Locsin.
On April 13, 2021, Locsin donated 2,500 pairs of disposable gloves to the Task Group Resource Management, Logistics, and Admin of the Philippine Coast Guard. With such donations, it could support the daily operations of the Task Group Airport and Task Group RT-PCR amid the pandemic.
Angel Locsin once portrayed the role of the famous female hero Darna in 2005 and up until now, it is clear that she never stopped being a hero.
