Soon enough, the iconic Filipina superheroine, Darna will make Jane De Leon soar high to the skies. Fans eagerly wait for the female star to breathe life into the latest version of Mars Ravelo’s comic book creation via A2Z Channel 11.
Earlier during an interview, Jane described her Darna as modern and millennial.
“Sa akin po it’s very modern po talaga. Sobrang modern po talaga. Kung ano po yung meron natin ngayon compared po dun sa before, and it’s very millennial.
The movie-turned-series had its highs-and-lows throughout its process.
Jane even recounted how ABS-CBN Heads broke the news to her.
However, she remained hopeful and resilient throughout, just like Darna.
But Alas, De Leon shared how happy she felt when she found out that her Darna will soon soar to the skies, especially for the younger fans of the Darna.
Suffice to say–a lot is riding on to the success of the series. ABS-CBN has put their hopes in Darna to raise the Kapamilya Network in terms of ratings.
