Former Kapuso journalist Michael Fajatin didn’t hide his dismay over what’s happening with the government.
Fajatin admitted via a tweet that he’s one of those millions who believed Duterte’s words at the Presidential debate and tackled the West Philippine Sea issue.
Fajatin didn’t mince words on Duterte for being missing in action despite all the problems besetting the country.

In 2016, during the ABS-CBN Presidential debate, Duterte wowed the people when he said that he is going to ride a jetski to the West Philippines Sea carrying the Philippine flag to assert ownership of the area.
I will say, ‘This is ours, and do what you want with me,” Duterte said.

However, after winning the election, Duterte seemed to have abandoned his previous statement, and to the pleasure of the Chinese government, he did kowtow them.
Meanwhile, this was not the first time that Fajatin shared opposition to the Duterte administration’s position.
In a lengthy facebook post last year, he shared his support for the renewal of the ABS-CBN franchise.
According to him, media like ABS-CBN is essential in disseminating important information to the people.

“Wala pong perpektong media. Wala ring perpektong gobyerno.
Duterte maintained that ABS-CBN doesn’t deserve to have its franchise renewed for its failure to air one of his campaign ads and for allegedly bias news reporting.
