Kapamilya actress-host Angel Locsin is happy to share that her parents have finally given in and get vaccinated.
In an Instagram post, Locsin shared a photo of her parents at the vaccination center in Taguig. It showed her father Angelo Colmenares getting jabbed by the first dose of Sinovac vaccine while her mother Emma Colmenares posed for a photo with her vaccination certificate.
“The “anti-vaxxer” finally cooperates…The mother and the father received their first dose of Covid vaccine today! Good “jab”,” Angel wrote.
Angel also thanked the Taguig LGU and their health care workers.
“Salamat @ilovetaguigcity & Taguig health workers,” Angel added.

Senior citizens and people with comorbidities were the priority in the country’s first phase of the COVID-19 vaccination program.
Currently, the country has already reached 1.2 million vaccinated individuals and is expecting to ramp up the program by the third quarter of this year.
