The Megastar also shared that she should have reconciled with the person she had a misunderstanding with rather than leaving ABS-CBN.
“I had a good career going and like most people, we sometimes make decisions that we think are good at a certain time, and sometimes they are based on simple nonsensical things like a tampo.Â
“And I know I should have just talked to whoever [I had] a tampo with here [in ABS-CBN],” Cuneta said.
And now that she is back at her home network, she felt that she can finally breathe again.
“This is love. This is home. This is family. And like I said, I can breathe again,” she concluded.

Nadine Lustre regretted being a coward.
Actress Nadine Lustre had a hard time in the past couple of years.Â
From breaking up with her boyfriend James Reid to being sued by her former agency, VIVA Artists Agency. But all those horrible events in Lustre’s life and career did not matter more than what she felt inside.
Recently, Lustre shared that there was one thing that she regretted after leaving her former talent agency—being portrayed as a saint.
The young actress recalled how showbusiness molded her into something she was not.
“Ever since nag-showbiz ako, it’s one thing that I’ve been so afraid of. In showbusiness, people tend to tell you what it is that you should be doing, how you should look, what you should say,” said Lustre.Â
“Everything is given to you, and it’s kind of them molding you to become someone you’re not. So, that pretty much happened to me. And so now that, you know, I’ve broken out into that mold.”
Now that she is living as an independent artist, Lustre was finally relieved that she can break from that mold and be with herself, no holds barred.
“Now that I am braver, you know, I kind of am braver of showing everyone who I really am, nagtuluy-tuloy na lang siya.Â

Although she was grateful that the movie became her ticket to fame, had she known that people would broadcast her naked body on the Internet, the actress would have never accepted the offer in the first place.
“Everything happens for a reason, I guess that’s part of my journey,” she said. “I’ll be honest with you, kung alam ko lang tito Boy, hindi ko na ginawa.”
Sheryn Regis leaving the Philippines at the height of her career.
Sheryn Regis is storming the Philippines with her powerful and amazing voice. But during the height of her career, she made an unexpected decision—leaving the Philippines for America.
Regis recalled the time when she made it big in the Philippines.
However, with all the hype she experienced, she felt that she had enough. So while she is famous, she flew to the United States of America and changed careers.Â
But her decision only led to regrets.
She got a stint as a teacher in the USA. And that’s where she realized the huge difference in performing for Americans rather than for the Filipinos.
“Akala ko okay ‘dun, nagco-concert ako ‘dun, I teach, nagte-teach ako. Pero iba pa rin ‘yung mag-perform para sa aking mga kababayan dito sa Pilipinas, at mag-record ng mga singles ko,” she said.
There was only regret. The Crystal Voice of Asia opted to sing for her homeland. She only felt that she wasted her opportunity to offer her talents to the Philippines.
“Yes, Sobra. Kasi parang feeling ko kasi, when I left the Philippines akala ko, Okay na. Simpleng buhay, or ‘di ako mapapagod. Pero nakakapagod pala kapag hindi ako kumakanta dito sa Pilipinas,” she admitted.
Decisions make an impact on a person’s life. And these regrets are normal. It serves as a lesson to think twice before deciding anything anymore when faced with certain challenges.Â
Now that these celebrities realized their regrets, it only made them stronger and better.
