In the vlog, Kris and Bimby were discussing Bimby’s future married life over Lechon. Bimby then said that his future would visit because of Kris’ bags, which made Bimby laugh.
Some noticed how he was covering his mouth with his hands while laughing, which some labeled feminine. Eventually, it led to some questioning Bimby’s sexuality.

This netizen notes Bimby’s gestures as his “Kris Aquinofication,” which implies that he got his mother’s mannerisms.

Then, this netizen urged the public to let the 13-year-old boy be and stop picking on Bimby.

In an Instagram post on Sunday, March 7, Kris Aquino defended her children after they became targets of damaging comments online over the past week. She also gave a warning to her detractors on that they were “pushing [her] in the direction [they] are so obviously afraid [she] will take” by dragging her two sons into controversies and subjecting them to harassment.

It’s not our place to dictate Bimby’s orientation. In fact, he just sent flowers to Miles Ocampo this past Valentine’s day. Earlier, he also said that he has a crush on Julia Barretto.
So dictating someone’s orientation because of gestures is an outdated idea. Nowadays, we have resources available to educate ourselves. We should use it to avoid damaging a minor’s developing psyche just because of mannerisms.
In Bimby’s own words, “Why would you judge a child?” And just as Kris said, “don’t be homophobic.”
