Two seasoned actresses Malou de Guzman and Tetchie Agbayani are bound to return to their former networks.
Malou De Guzman who spent years with ABS-CBN is bound for GMA after 22 years.
De Guzman will be part of GMA Network’s latest drama anthology, I Can See You Season 2: On My Way To You together with another former Kapamilya Richard Yap, and Ruru Madrid, and Shaira Diaz as the lead stars.
During the virtual conference, de Guzman thanked the show’s director Mark Reyes for inviting her to be part of the program.
“Ako’y nagpapasalamat talaga na ako’y nabigyan ng pagkakataon na ako’y para maanyayahan ni Direk Mark,” she said.
Malou’s career in TV started with GMA’s sitcom Ober Da Bakod in 1992, which run for 5 years until 1997.
In 1999, Malou joined ABS-CBN via the youth-oriented show G-Mik as Yaya Ets. Since then, Malou has been a usual character in most of the Kapamilya teleseryes.
Some of the most notable teleseryes that she did in ABS-CBN were Marina, Kampanerang Kuba, Maging Sino Ka Man, FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano, Wild Flower, Hiwaga ng Kambat, Playhouse, and The Killer Bride.
Her last appearance in the Kapamilya network was her role in the recent episode of MMK titled “Blouse”.
If Malou is Kapuso bound, a former Kapuso Tetchie Agbayahi is coming back home to ABS-CBN.
Veteran actress Tetchie Agbayani will be part of the upcoming teleserye Init sa Magdamag top-billed by Gerald Anderson, JM De Guzman, and Yam Concepcion.

‘Init sa Magdamag’ will be ABS-CBN’s summer offering and is expected to premiere in April replacing the timeslot of ‘Walang Hanggang Paalam’ which is set to conclude in the next few weeks.
Prior to her return to ABS-CBN, Tetchie has done 2 drama series on GMA Network; the revenge serye Contessa in 2018 and the crime-drama series Dahil sa Pag-ibig in 2019.
Meanwhile, Tetchie started working with ABS-CBN in 2001 for the ground-breaking period teleserye ‘Sa Dulo ng Walang Hanggan’ top-billed by Claudine Barretto.
She was then cast in different teleseryes and among the most notable were Basta’t Kasama Kita, Ligaw na Bulaklak, Eva Fonda, A Beautiful Affair, Kailangan Ko’y Ikaw, My Little Juan, Flordeliza, Dolce Amore, and The Greatest Love.
