Kapuso hunk Jak Roberto with Arra San Agustin and Ashley Ortega banner the new episode of the romance-fantasy anthology “My Fantastic Pag-ibig” entitled “Trophy Girl” beginning Saturday, March 27.
The story follows a heartbroken and struggling sculptor named Baste (Jak). After being dumped by Cassie (Ashley), his girlfriend of seven years, he diverts his attention to his craft and creates a masterpiece in the form of a beautiful female trophy he calls Mariquit (Arra). Forlorn, Baste can’t but wish his creation is real.
As if granting his wish to have a companion, Mariquit magically comes to life. They spend most of their time together and soon develop feelings for each other.
However, Mariquit’s life form can only last for a few hours everyday. As the day ends, she goes back to being a trophy.
Despite their differences and the challenges, Baste promises that he’ll do his best to make Mariquit happy.
Things take a sudden turn when Cassie comes back and realizes she made the mistake of letting Baste go.
Will Baste choose Mariquit over a real human being?
