G-Force‘s Teacher Georcelle shared her thoughts on Pop Royalty Sarah Geronimo‘s growth as an artist. She said Sarah’s vainer now, but in a good way.
In an interview for Sarah’s Tala: The Film Concert, Teacher Georcelle answered questions about the upcoming concert.
In one of her responses, she told reporters the changes she saw in Sarah. She pointed to Pop Royalty’s keen eye onstage detail and her concern for the look she’d want for her performance.
“With Sarah Geronimo, when it comes to changes, ang nakita ko ngayong Tala: The Film Concert, I don’t know, I’m liking this new Sarah Geronimo. Kasi, concern na rin sya about how she looks on stage and what kind of look she wants to see.
“I’d say para syang coming of age. Nagdadalaga. We tried a lot of looks and styles. Not only in her outfits but also in her dances. Kumbaga, parang she’s (more) vain now, but in a good way,” said Georcelle.
Teacher Georcelle highlighted the Ikot-Ikot number wherein she teased the audiences to look forward to seeing a daring and adventurous Sarah.
“One is Ikot Ikot because this is a prod number where you know it’s (really) special. For the creative team, it’s special because there’s a special set for that production number. There’s a mechanism for that. It’s a highlight because I see a more daring Sarah, a more adventurous Sarah,” said Georcelle.
Sarah returns to the performance stage via Tala: The Film Concert. The virtual concert produced by Viva Entertainment streams on March 27, 2021, 8 pm.
