Comedian and COVID-19 survivor Donita Nose reacted to people who are barging into the queue for inoculation. He said that front liners should receive the vaccine first.
In the media conference for TV5’s upcoming videoke game show, Sing Galing, the comedian admitted that he doesn’t watch the news often because it reminds him of the experience going through COVID-19. Donita highlighted how difficult it was to be in an emergency room with hospitals at capacity.
Donita then highlighted those front-liners should receive the vaccine first, responding to recent news of some people barging into the inoculation queue. The comedian highlighted that those front liners need protection when they tend to patients who have COVID-19.
“For me siguro talaga, as kailangan nating unahin, para sa akin wala sanang singitan. Unahin natin ‘yung mga frontliners. Kasi sila ‘yung unang haharap.
Donita also pointed out that people fear vaccination because of the lack of information about the vaccines available.
In July of last year, Donita tested positive for COVID-19. Fortunately, the comedian made a full recovery more than a month after hospitalization.
