Actress Sylvia Sanchez revealed what it’s like working with the Gold Squad (Andrea Brillantes, Francine Diaz, Kyle Echarri, and Seth Fedelin).
She banked on them as good kids.
During the media conference event for ABS-CBN Entertainment’s upcoming inspirational teleserye, Huwag Kang Mangamba, Sylvia shared her experience working with the Gold Squad.
Sanchez highlighted their good manners and they know how to respect their elders. She noted that the Gold Squad socialized with all the cast members during the locked-in taping.
“Ang gusto ko sa kanila, mabubuting bata, marespeto. Naniniwala ako ha, kapag nasa set ka lalo na kapag bata ka okay na maglaro ka set sa mga ka-age mo, but at least mayroon ka ring time na makihalubilo sa mga seniors mo. Kasi dun ka matuto. Nakikita namin yung sa Gold Squad.”
She then, proclaimed that these four young artists are bound to become some of the top celebrities of their generation.
“Ang gagaling ng apat na to. Mark my word, ito yung next generation, next ng mga artistang anjan nasa top,” said Sylvia.
The senior star recounted her experience with Andrea and Francine, then she described Kyle and Seth.
“Sha-share ko lang to, after ng taping, si Andrea tsaka si Francine biglang magtetext sa akin; Tita o Nanay, mayroon pa po bang pagkain jan nagugutom po kami. So alam mo yun parang may mga anak akong inaalagaan sa set.
“I love Kyle, mamang bata yun.
“Si Seth naman tuwang tuwa ako ang guwapo, ang cute na bata.”
Sylvia works with the Gold Squad, Andrea, Francine, Kyle, and Seth in the inspirational teleserye, Huwag Kang Mangamba. The series aims to bring Bro (Jesus), faith, and inspiration back to the small screen.
The cast also includes seasoned actors Eula Valdez, Nonie Buencamino, Mylene Dizon, RK Bagatsing, Diether Ocampo, Matet De Leon, Enchong Dee, Angeline Quinto, Soliman Cruz, Mercedes Cabral, Paolo Gumabao, and Alyanna Angeles.
The ABS-CBN Entertainment and Dreamscape Entertainment teleserye is a creation of Rondel Lindayag and Danica Domingo and directed by Emmanuel Q. Palo, Jerry Lopez Sineneng, and Darnel Villaflor.
The teleserye premieres on March 20 on iWantTFC and on March 22 on Kapamilya Channel, TV5, A2Z, and Kapamilya Online Live.
