This Sunday (February 7), GMA Network features movies that never fail to have viewers hooked from start to finish.
Catch the animated film “The Boss Baby” on Kapuso Movie Festival. Tim Templeton has the most amazingly perfect life ever. One day, Tim is surprised when an infant wearing a business suit arrives at his house and his parents call him Tim’s little brother. Tim is envious of the attention the baby receives, not to mention suspicious when the infant acts odd around him. Soon, Tim learns that the baby can talk like an adult.
Meanwhile, GMA Blockbusters features “Barbi D’ Wonder Beki,” which follows the story of Billy Bayagan (Paolo Ballesteros). Billy is a closeted gay in a family of strict and conservative policemen. The film revolves around his journey of acceptance and love for his true self.
A compelling drama awaits viewers on “Telesine Presents: Sugat sa Puso.” When he was assigned to Cagayan de Oro for work, Troy (Ricky Davao) fell in love with his neighbor Bekah (Beth Tamayo). After Troy realizes what he is doing, he breaks up with Bekah and goes back to his wife Rina (Dina Bonnevie). Months passed, Troy decided to visit Bekah again because he couldn’t stop thinking about her. Will Rina finally catch her cheating husband?
