Meanwhile, in an exclusive interview with Velasquez, she mentioned that she is achieving her dreams in life slowly. She also mentioned that she only has her dream of being a bold star still far-fetched.
When asked if there is still something that she wanted to achieve, she explained that there’s nothing else because she is blessed to have the opportunity to reach her dreams.
“I am so blessed that everything that I have ever prayed for, I was able to get it, it was given to me,” she said.
“Although ‘yung ibang pinag-pray ko I had to wait lang, medyo hindi agad sinasagot, pero eventually binigibay din sa akin.”
However, she briefly mentioned that she dreamt of being a ‘boldstar’ that she still hasn’t achieved just yet.
“Siguro aside from being a bold star, wala na akong mahihiling pa,” she said.
When asked if there’s something else that she wanted to try to do, Regine said that there’s nothing that she can think of. She mentioned that she’s thankful that she is still in the industry and able to entertain people and help aspiring singers.
“Excited lang ako that I’m still here, I’m still able to entertain people. I’m just grateful that I’m able to inspire the young singers and be able to share my experience to these new, great artists.”
“Nagpapasalamat na lang ako at nandito pa ako. I’m just really thankful I’m still doing what I love to do which is singing,” she added.
