Actress-vlogger Ivana Alawi made the rounds on social media after she allegedly called hunky actors Derek Ramsay and Gerald Anderson “dugyot at marumi” (unkempt and dirty).
In an Instagram post by entertainment columnist Lolit Solis on Tuesday, February 2, she revealed a rumor that the rising star Ivana Alawi is not fond of Derek and Gerald as the actors seem unkempt and smelly.

“Nabasa ko rin iyon tungkol sa sinabi ni Ivana Alawi na ayaw niya kila Derek Ramsay at Gerald Anderson dahil mukhang dugyot at mabaho,” Solis wrote.
Solis expressed her disbelief with Ivana as she mentioned that the actress-vlogger didn’t like the mentioned actors who are matinee idols.
“Bongga si Ivana ha, mga matinee idols na hinahangaan at marami ang nagmamahal, para sa kanya dugyot at [walang] appeal,” she explained.
In a separate post, the entertainment columnist also posted a message for Ivana’s manager, Perry Lansingan saying that the talent manager had no idea about the allegations about his talent.

“Sabi ko na hindi alam ng manager ni Ivana Alawi na si Perry ang headline at kumalat na balita na sinabi ng alaga na dugyot at marumi sila Derek Ramsay at Gerald Anderson,” she said.
Solis then continued to say that she is hoping that the rumor about Ivana is not true.
“Kung minsan kasi, as managers hindi natin alam kung saan nanggagaling mga balita tungkol sa mga alaga natin, ayaw ko naman isipin na gawa gawa ng sumulat ang lumabas na balita at fake news ang inilabas ng diyaryo,” she said.
Meanwhile, Perry Lansingan decided to defend his talent as he replied to the Instagram post of Solis. He mentioned that Ivana is not the type of person who will degrade another person.
He noted that having rumors about Ivana is fine as long as it will not defame the actress.
“Naku Nay, walang sinasabj ganyan si Ivana and NEVER sya maglo-look down sa tao. Hindi sya ganyan. Ok lang sya pag usapan. Pero wag na wag sya sisiraan dahil pangit yun,” Lansingan wrote.
