Singer-host-comedienne K Brosas couldn’t help but laugh at a comment by a DDS netizen.
On Twitter, K, laughingly shared a social media exchange with a netizen who out of nowhere questioned her over her post about the prices of commodities and inserted politics with the usual DDS’ anti-Liberal party narrative.
“caption ko… tapos may ganyang comment?! lol.. hindi ko na alam anyayare sa utak ng ibang tao… labo shutanginamez!” K tweeted.

The online exchange started when K posted on Instagram her picture at the grocery with a caption about the high prices of commodities adding joke about her love life.
“grocery time… ang mahal na talaga ng bilihin.. lahat na lang nagmamahalan… ako na lang hindi shutanginamez… because?? chos!”

Out of the blue, a DDS netizen quickly assumed that K was criticizing the Duterte admin. Said netizen claimed that things would be worse had the Liberal Party been in charge.
“Really? Ano pa kaya kung mga LP pa namuno ngaun cguru mas mahal pa ang mga bilihin. Mas mahal na nga nung sa panahon nila,” said the netizen on K’s Instagram post.
K then asked and wondered why LP was inserted in the topic but noted that prices of commodities today are really much higher.
“ha??? anong kinalaman ng LP na yan sa post ko?! at YES really MAS mahal ang bilihin Ngayon duh!”
Meanwhile, not only K is experiencing the high prices of basic commodities. Even ordinary people are crying out because of the spike in food prices.
Just last week, the Philippine Statistics Authority has reported a 4.2% inflation in January 2021 which is the highest since February 2019.
Meat, vegetables, and fruits contributed posted the highest inflation increase at 17.1%, 21.2%, and 9% respectively.
