An upcoming Boys’ Love series Pa-Mine Pare will make fans of the BL series giddy and excited, especially would-be viewers will find the show engaging due to its interactive approach. The viewers have the power to choose who will be their lead actor.
Since these candidates are vying for the much-awaited BL series role, have they experienced real-life courtship or hinting (pahiwatig) from same-sex proposals?
Eian Rances, a Star Magic Artist, shared that he has experienced courtship from the same-sex suitor, but since he is straight, he nicely turned down the suitor.
“May experience po pero syempre parang hindi naman po siya mare reject like harapan siguro idadadaan mo siya magandangusapan ipapa realize mo sa kanya na mas nandun tayo mas pipiliin natin yung relationship na tama sa atin.”
Also, he is much into a long-term relationship. He doesn’t want to involve himself in a relationship that is not for him and won’t last long.
“And mas yung mag tatagal tayo kaysa ipilit natin ang isang bagay na hinde meant to be parang ganung tamang pakikipag usap lang.”
Shoichi Oka, also had his share of some hinting or ‘pahiwatig’, but like Rances, he chose to talk it out because he doesn’t want the guy to expect something more from him.
“May experience din po ako, so kakausapin ko na din yun guy syempre habang pinatapa tagal umaasa rin siya.”
For him, he puts more premium on friendship and respect. He wants to preserve any relationship and intends to nurture it rather than risking it than lead it to a parting of ways.
“So idadaaan ko sa matinong usapan kumbaga umpisa pa lang syempre para hindi din masira pagkakaibigan niyo andun parin ung respeto para sa isa’t isa.”
Pa-Mine Pare revolves around straight and rough guys who suddenly feel something romantic toward the same sex.
Before the series grinds, viewers have the power to decide who among Gian Wang, Ali Abinal, Eian Rances, Tan Roncal, and Shoichi Oka, will emerge as the lead star of the series.
Pa-Mine Pare is hosted under PiliKula by ABS CBN TVDG.
