Former Pinoy Big Brother housemate Dionne Monsanto announced that she’s retiring from show business after a decade stint in the industry.
On Thursday, February 25, she announced during her guesting in the morning talk show Magandang Buhay.
The 35-year-old actress mentioned that her appearance in the morning show is her last. She announced her retirement from showbiz and will join her foreign fiancé, who is Switzerland-based.
“I want to say thank you so much. This is my last guesting ’cause I’m retiring. I am already retired. ‘Hello, Stranger’ is actually my last project and this is my last guesting. So, thank you so much ‘Magandang Buhay’.
“My boyfriend and his family are there,” she said.
She previously announced her engagement with her beau, Ryan Stalder, on Instagram. She posted a photograph of her with Stalder, showing off her finger and the engagement ring.

According to Monsanto, she and her fiancé have known each other since her PBB years. They only got together in 2018.
“Ryan & I have known each other since my PBB season in 2007. Yet we only started dating in 2018—11 years of knowing each other,” she wrote in the said Instagram post.
“Grateful that we were friends first and that we’ve seen each other grow. There’s no foundation better than friendship,” she stressed.

Dionne is one of the PBB babies who proved na hindi naman nagtatapos sa PBB ang journey ng isang HM. She wasn't even part of the Big 4 but she garnered much success.
Good luck to your new journey Dionne! https://t.co/xZ5KSCYhGS
