Kapuso star and Senator Bong Revilla has dismissed issues linking him to GMA Network’s decision not to renew the contract of Janine Gutierrez causing the actress to transfer to ABS-CBN.
In a media interview, Revilla said he heard about the rumor but he has no knowledge about the real reason for Janine’s contract non-renewal.
It can be remembered that Janine made a viral tweet in 2019 alluding to Revilla’s TV comeback on GMA Network that’s why some people can’t help but connect him to Janine’s network switch.

But Revilla maintained that he has nothing to do with it and that he has no bad blood against the former Kapuso actress.
“Wala, wala, lalo na ako, I’m a very forgiving person,” he said.
“Walang masamang tinapay sa akin. In short, wala sa akin iyon. Kahit ano pa ang nangyari in the past, wala iyon, wala akong kinalaman doon,” he added.
He ever shared that he’s very much willing to do a project with Janine if ever there would be offers in the future.
“Kung ako, sasabihin na gagawa kami ng movie together, I’m very much willing to accept her as my leading lady. Pero kung hindi man, okay lang din.”
The Senator also disclosed that he has already forgiven those people who have hurt him saying they are family in the entertainment industry.
Meanwhile, Revilla is set to star in his comeback TV program on GMA Network, Agimat ng Agila alongside Sheryl Cruz and Sanya Lopez. The show is set to air in the first quarter of 2021.
