Kapuso star Pauline Mendoza said that Babawiin Ko Ang Lahat is one of her biggest showbiz breaks.
During the press conference for her new teleserye, Mendoza highlighted the challenges she took on in the series.
“I think its also one part sya ng career ko po and yeah I think it is talaga dito mas na challenge pa po talaga ako kasi bawat eksena po alam nilang lahat yan,” said Mendoza.
Then, she admitted to feeling pressured because of her lead role in the series.
“Meron po talagang pressure from the beggining pa lang. Talagang hindi naman po nawala yung kaba, yung pressure,” said Mendoza.
She then noted that her co-stars helped her out during the locked-in filming, highlighting the veteran actors.
“Pero, thankful ako kasi of my co-actors lalo na talagang magagaling na artista din po yung kasama ko dito. Sila Miss Carmina, sila sir John. They helped me,” said Mendoza.
The production of Babawiin Ko Ang Lahat stopped after the announcement of quarantines and lockdowns. Thankfully, filming has resumed with the cast and crew doing a locked-in taping to follow safety guidelines.
As for Mendoza, she became popular with the teleseryes such as Kambal, Karibal, Cain At Abel, My Love From the Stars, and Alyas Robinhood.
Mendoza and actress Liezel Lopez top bill their new teleserye, Babawiin Ko Ang Lahat. The cast also includes Dave Bornea, Manolo Pedroso, Kristoffer Martin, Carmina Villaroel-Legaspi, John Estrada, Tanya Garcia, and Therese Malvar. The series airs this February in GMA Network’s Afternoon Prime.
