Marissa (Jodi Sta. Maria) and Lucing (Maricel Soriano) failed to take back their rights in Cenidoza Pearls as both of the cases they filed against Ellice this week failed to gain favor from the court in this week’s “Ang Sa Iyo Ay Akin.”
Viewers saw last Monday (Jan 11) how Adelina (Carla Martinez) prevented Marissa from going to jail by claiming it was she who harassed the shareholders of Cenidoza into selling their shares to Marissa.
But the cases about the shares of Cenidoza didn’t end there as Marissa tried to prove to the court that the barter between Jorge Cenidoza (Lito Pimentel) and Nestor Pineda (Allan Paule) had no basis.
Their camp sent pieces of evidence to prove their claims and even disclosed that Nestor and Belen had an affair, the reason why Jorge forced his best friend to sell his shares for a low price.
However, just like the first case, the court ruled that the evidence was lacking, and Marissa’s claims were denied. Little did Marissa know that Cesar (Simon Ibarra) harassed the judge for him to dump the case.
Meanwhile, Belen continues to be successful with her plans as she manipulated Ellice into filing a restraining order against Jake (Grae Fernandez) for him to stay away from Hope (Kira Balinger).
Will Ellice’s decisions backfire against her in the future? What will be Marissa’s next steps?
