Kapamilya actress Angelica Panganiban is now a fan of star Charlie Dizon to whom she didn’t pay special attention before.
The actress became a fan after she watched Charlie’s latest movie, “Fan Girl.”
On December 29, Angelica posted on her Twitter account that she wanted to be like Charlie when she grows up. Her statement came after she watched “Fan Girl” which starred Charlie Dizon and Paulo Avelino.
The 34-year-old actress praised Charlie’s acting skills saying, “Husay ni charlie dizon!! Pangarap kong maging siya pag laki ko. Fan na niya ko ngayon!”
Meanwhile, a friend of Angelica, Filipino cinematographer and director Dan Villegas, revealed that she had already met with Charlie but didn’t pay close attention to the young actress before.
“Sinindak mo siya nung birthday ko!!! Sabi mo, ‘Ah. Ikaw yung Fan Girl?’ Hahahaha @charliedizon_” Villegas wrote in reply to Angelica’s Tweet.
The comment caught the attention of Angelica and replied that she regretted that she didn’t take advantage of her previous encounter with Charlie. She mentioned that she should’ve asked for her autograph.

The movie “Fan Girl” first premiered in Japan at the 33rd Tokyo International Film Festival before becoming one of the official entries of the 2020 Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF). Both the stars of the film, Paulo Avelino and Charlie Dizon, won the best actor and actress awards in the MMFF 2020.
Angelica Panganiban currently stars in the drama series “Walang Hanggang Paalam.” Paulo Avelino is also one of the stars in the series along with Zanjoe Marudo and Arci Muñoz.
The ongoing series is produced by Dreamscape Entertainment and airs new episodes weeknights and is accessible via free TV (A2Z Channel 11), cable (Kapamilya Channel), on-demand streaming (iWant TFC), and free live streaming (Kapamilya Online Live).
