Talk show host and vlogger Ogie Diaz revealed why he was not in the ABS-CBN Christmas Station ID for 2020.
On his YouTube Channel, Diaz confirmed the real reason for his absence from the long-standing tradition of the media giant.
Firstly, Diaz said that the Christmas Station ID isn’t a measure of his love for ABS-CBN. He also acknowledged how the media giant helped his family and his career.
He also added that he won’t abandon the network, especially now that ABS-CBN is struggling after the shutdown. Diaz also affirmed that he remains a Kapamilya.
Mananatili akong isang Kapamilya,” said Diaz.
After that, he added that he declined the projects offered to him due to the lock-in filming entailed by new upcoming projects. Diaz said that he couldn’t bear not seeing his family.
“Syempre ayaw ko naman rin kasing Ma-Lock-in. Ayaw kong Ma-Lock-in.
In arelated story, King of Talk Boy Abunda was also not in the Christmas Station ID of ABS-CBN, Ikaw Ang Liwanag, at Ligaya.Â
