Wowowin host Willie Revillame is upset over Miss Manila Alexandra Abdon’s unprofessional behavior after not showing up as a scheduled guest.
According to Willie, Miss Manila should’ve joined him as a host, however, she did not show up because she had a shoot.
The host then said that there will be no other chance for the Miss Universe Philippines candidate, as he expressed his disappointment.
“Sorry ‘di ka namin mage-guest na, ‘di mo kame binigyan ng pagkakataon na makilala at makasama ka,” he said.
Willie added that they already informed her the Friday before that day and she committed to it.
“Sayang, dapat ikaw ang co-host ko, Miss Manila,” he said.
Willie then pointed out the opportunity that Alexandra missed, losing a supposed exposure on national TV through Wowowin.
“Isang oras at kalahati ka sa TV. Di ba sandali ka lang sa Miss Universe, talo ka pa. Diba? ‘Di nag-iisip eh,” the host quipped.
Willie also stressed that they did not invite Hipon girl and MUPH 2nd runner up Michele Gumabao to the show that day because it was scheduled for her.
With this, Alexandra apologized live to Willie for her no-show on Wowowin last Monday.
She was asked about where she was that day and she explained, “Kasi may ano po, may shoot po nun, nakapag-commit na po ako. May mga tao na nakapag-book na, yung spot na book na. Sa Tagaytay po.”
Despite not winning, Miss Manila was noticed by the netizens because of her chill and funny demeanor in the preliminary interview of Miss Universe Philippines 2020.
